Aims: Niosomes are vesicles, a new drug delivery system, which can be It is used for sustained, controlled as well as targeted delivery of drugs. The aim of this study was to evaluate host response to niosomes containing chimeric protein as candidate for brucellosis vaccine.
Materials & Methods: This study was experimentally designed in 2020 on 50 balb/c mice. These mice were randomly divided into different injection, oral and inhalation groups.
Findings: This study successfully announced that the niosomal form has better efficacy and better safety performance in Brucella vaccine design.
Conclusions: Niosomes are a drug delivery system that can be used as Controlled, sustained and targeted delivery of drugs like vaccines
